Charles Whitman

Dr. Charles Whitman
Design of Experiments and Reliability Consultant

Dr. Charlie Whitman has a Ph.D. in Materials Science from Northwestern University and a M.S. in Statistics from the University of Kentucky and over 20 years experience. Charlie works at RFMD as a staff reliability engineer in RFMD’s wafer fabrication facility.
